New MLP OCs: Dapple Sprinkles and Emerald Charmer

Some new MLP characters I made. ^^

Dapple Sprinkles is a hyperactive earth pony with a love for sweets; especially cupcakes and donuts. She always has sprinkles on her muzzle. XD

Emerald Charmer is pretty much like a male Rarity. He loves gems and jewels, and acts like he's a prince, even though he's not. His favorite jewel is the emerald, which is his cutie mark. His necklace is a sapphire. c:
